A referral from a general practitioner or medical specialist is required for treatment of Spine.
Reimbursement of the treatment
Treatment at Spine is billed according to the applicable rates established in the Netherlands by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).
The amount of reimbursement from the health insurer may vary per health insurer and policy.
How does the reimbursement work?
After treatment, you will receive an invoice from Spine. You can submit this invoice to your health insurer.
The reimbursement from the health insurer is used to pay for the treatment at Spine. The amount of this reimbursement depends on your policy conditions and health insurer.
Deductible
Treatment under the basic insurance is subject to the mandatory deductible of the health insurance.
Whether and to what extent a deductible applies depends on your personal situation and healthcare costs already incurred within the relevant calendar year.
